Entry one: Nathaniel Hawthorne is a wonderful writer. I have not red his story the Scarlet Letter and hope to change that soon. From what I have read so far he is a wonderful writer. His use of descriptions make you feel like you are actually there. I think that the scarlet letter in the book will be not something of value it may even be a sign of a criminal at least that's what I predict.
Entry three: September 9th 2011 I have read 81 pages and here is my quote. "People say that the Reverend Master Dimmesdale, her godly pastor, takes it very grievously to heart that such a scandal should have come upon his congregation." this quote is said by a towns person who is not named, but has very good insight. I believe that this person has hit upon something important. I think that the Reverend was the man who slept with her as a pastor who had one of his flock break god's law should be indignant not sad.
